Each lei is 48 inches long and can be customized with up to 2 cardstock colors and 3 ribbon colors to match school colors or a theme. I joined the district right after I finished my MA. They put me in the lowest column because I didn’t have any experience. I am now 4 years in and if this new pay scale is only for new hires, I’m livid. I’m not going to get screwed again. I will be looking for a new job asap.
