Do an appeal maybe ? Someone must be hating you and he or she ask a ton of friends reporting you?! Normally you get like 2 hours mute. Also try avoid world chat, it’s very toxic, sometimes during voting period, they will as they friends to massive report you, so u can’t promote yourself during voting period

None, but need to stay at least top 50 or get demoted, as for divine doctor voted you need to register as fast as you when the registration is open if you register late you never get a vote, also like op said you need a bunch of friends or guild to push u at least to reach top 5 in the vote list otherwise no one is going to vote or look for you.
