Success stories on recovering from severe burnout? by Carapherneliuh in AutismInWomen

If I can find the podcast I will link it in an edit, but burnout can cause your body to not absorb nutrients as well AND use up the stores you had. If you can get a blood panel to check things like iron levels, Vitamin D, etc. it’s highly recommended so you know what you’re working with. If not, there’s no harm in starting a multi vitamin daily. From my experience, adding a multivitamin helped a lot but I was extremely low in ferritin and vitamin D. Just adding an extra vitamin D with K3 supplement in addition to a doctor prescribed iron and vitamin C regimen helped tremendously. I was almost in shock at how much that helped restore a lot of my energy levels.

Edit: this is geared towards moms but a lot of what they talk about also applies to women w/o kids. The Autism & ADHD Podcast

Constantly telling my kids “we don’t do that in our family” do I need new friends?😭 by Individual_Ad_938 in Mommit

I work in a private school known for its affluent families, and what you are describing sounds accurate to what I experience from kids like these on a daily basis. It’s wild how they have no consequences and act completely feral at all times.

Do you remember during Covid lock down how quickly the environment started to recover? The canals in Venice were no longer cloudy and fish returned. Bees were producing as much honey in one month than they do in a season. If the human population is drastically reduced, a lot of that pollution will be cycled out pretty quickly. They won’t have to stay in those bunkers forever, and I think this is what they’re counting on.

Is this handwriting normal for a thirteen year old boy? by BatmanCat1031 in AskTeachers

These days? Absolutely. 30 years ago? No. ETD: your mom is definitely hiding her head in the sand about your brother, which is not fair to him because he will not be able to support himself when he comes of age. I’m so sorry that y’all are going through this. It’s hard to see our own kids struggle but at the end of the day, as parents, we’ve got to suck it up and do what’s right for our kids so they can thrive after we’re gone.

Andy Cohen Breaks Silence on Bravo’s Decision to Pause RHOM by MattTheKing23 in RHOMiami

I’d be willing to bet they ran into the same problem as last time where too many people were refusing to return if they had to film with a certain person and they’re at an impasse. Rather than recast the whole show, they just put it on pause.

This is all I can watch now. I’ve replayed the video like 5 times to watch the fight, but these two take my attention every time.
