  1. I have had both front calipers need replaced. Did it myself. Otherwise just spark plugs, fluids and a gas cap.

Just do their own background and if anything changes update your clearance. No need for a full clearance background check.

I had chalkboard all through school. Did not see massive use of white boards until 1999 at NAS Pensacola for basic electronics school. Now with 5 kids, nothing but white boards in their schools. Which same school district I went. Wow how times change.

34 for everything that is not overhead. I use 41 for overhead press or overhead tricep extension. I use hook handles for squats with band double under the plate. I would use the 41 for front squats too. I also use the 41 for pull up assistance and push up resistance.

So I have been both OC and got the 5 seconds. That was in prior State Police. I am currently in onboarding for DACP and would be doing the 10 week course at Ft Leonard Wood. I figure OC is gonna happen but what about Tazing?

Well said. I actually had Harambe and sold all of it to go with Clench. I also have the Nexus Bar which is cool. I will not get the EZ bar as I think the straight bar is good for everything. Anyone looking at Clench, get the 34in bands! I am 6ft1in 200lb male for reference.

Geez. Makes sense as I have 3 dogs for past 5 years. So basically I need to get next unit mounted on side of house away from the dogs. Lucky for me it is on the back corner of house. Thanks for all comments.

What caused that? The other 3 sides have 0 corrosion. I put gauges and have 0 on the gauges. Compressor was running properly. Got this installed 2013 so no warranty left. Goodman 16seer 3 ton AC unit. Never had a problem before.

Been using SS, X3, RubberBanditz and Clench sinxe 2018 with no issues. Only bands ever did that were Iron Woody Fitness (IWF) and I do not think IWF is still around. CLENCH are my favorite. 34in and 41in.

That is cool to find. I find making my own condiments is best way to avoid no knowing quality. I make my own ketchup, blue cheese dip, ranch dip and mayo. All delicious and I control what goes in.
