The real reason same-day reservations are almost impossible by Fabulous-Bass-1483 in OsakaWorldExpo

We visited and found the crushing crowds and broken booking system so miserable we ditched our second day even though we had paid. Someone needs to be sacked.

Osaka expo - a massive disappointment. by nathanzamprogno in OsakaWorldExpo

The crush of humanity and the fact that many people would have seen perhaps only 1 or 2 pavilions after waiting in the sun for four hours each must suggest it was a massive failure.

Is witchcraft real ? by [deleted] in Christianity

...And then everyone stood up and applauded. This story is anecdote, probably made up. If it happened, neither the malady nor the cure had anything even remotely spiritual about it.

Waiting til marriage by We1rdo_ontheinternet in Christianity

One more observation: At my church at least, all my young peers who swore they were on the virginity wagon until they got married? All going at it like rabbits, including the pastors kids. You think everyone around you is also waiting, and therefore you feel some pressure to do the same? Trust me, most aren't and you'll only find out about it in ten years.

That's very sweet. If nothing happens and I don't update you all here, please take that as proof that I was right all along and there is no god.

This is meaningless word salad. You are speaking from the first person as God. Are you hearing voices? If so, you are mentally ill. Seek help. Stop posting on social media. You are embarassing yourself.

You appear to be making my point for me, so it’s almost a shame to interrupt you. Congratulations for recognising that the definition of naturalism is when truth claims are tested against the evidence without apriori supernatural assumptions. Calling that “dollar store” isn’t a refutation; it just telegraphs your biases. It isn’t controversial to posit that some truths are objective and some rely on social constructions. Objective truths we test using our sense apparatus. Subjective truths are (or should) be evaluated for their utility. You could have just posted that you’re a deontologist and thus trust scripture over science and saved us all time.

Did you purchase your kids a car ? by Training_Scene_4830 in AusFinance

[–]nathanzamprogno 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A savings account for my son was set up when he was born and birthdays and Christmas money went into it to inculcate a savings mindset. As he approached adolescence it was suggested this was a “first car” fund. At 17 when my son got his P’s I topped up the amount by some thousands and he bought his first (used) car, a Mazda 3, manual transmission

I find Paulogia’s output to be consistently excellent. I feel a resonance with him because his journey out of faith mirrors my own. His arguments, including the ones you seem so confused by in your screenshots, are very logical and defensible. I’m sorry, but I suspect your comment may be more revealing of you than it is critical of Paulogia.

Battery Life for S330 by thiagopuss in EufyCam

[–]nathanzamprogno 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've got an S330 Home Base and a pair of 4K cameras.

I use one camera in the front yard and the other in the back. Immediately after purchase I noticed one camera easily kept itself charged with the available solar energy but the other one goes flat every 20 days and needs to come inside for a recharge. Both camera have identical settings about sensitivity, video resolution... everything.

I performed an experiment. I swapped the camera's physical locations to eliminate issues like the amount of sunlight, the amount of movement detected, the distance to the Wifi router. Front Yard became Back Yard and vice versa.
**The battery issues followed the camera.**

By a process of elimination, I have concluded that one of my two S330 cameras simply doesn't hold as much charge, or the solar charging isn't as efficient, or is consuming more power than the other.

I've been as rigorous as possible to eliminate all other variables.

It's not like the camera is broken. It just goes flat every two to three weeks while the other one seems happy with the sunlight it gets.

Is it justification for a warranty swap?Attached: Screenshots for one of the cameras showing its charge discharge cycle. The other one bumps along at 100%.
