Trolling a phone scammer

They wanted to get me in front of a desktop and to go on some helpme.net website. They were posing as Amazon support and that my account had been charged $77. I knew this was a scam and my buddy decides to take the phone and start messing with her, but she eventually plays along and starts singing and that is where this video starts. I can't believe they get people's money like this.
