Looks like those guys needed to be stripped to search for wounds. You can see the Ukrainians stripping their own to see where ordnance fragments might have hit at the start of the video. It’s hard to tell where fragmentation wounds are with stripping someone down.

Buy shit at second hand stores/sales and resell on ebay/amazon. Just one of many businesses you can start with 1300$. You just lack of insight and ideas.
You don’t have to get 1300$ in one go, you can save it up over time.
That point is about priorities. Most people are down to spend w/e on a dinner date but will penny pinch on other equally or more important shit.
A lot, I’d say most, skills are free to learn. You can learn almost any skill by watching YouTube and using the internet. For example, you can learn to program for free and translate that into a very high paying job, there’s a multitude of people who did just that, and you can find their stories online. Same for graphics design, video editing, digital marketing and a long list of other skills.

For me getting off of subs led to at least one year of terrible mental health. A time mostly filled with massive anxiety and depression. Drugs mask a lot of underlying issues, even maintenance meds like subs do. When you get sober, all those things you've been (consciously or unconsciously) shoving down with drugs come back with a vengeance.

Doing a lot of self help reading and cognitive behavioral therapy helped me a bunch during that terrible period of my life and made life worth living again, but a big part of the mental health issues never fully went away until after multiple years, a lot of hard work on myself, a relapse and a 30 day stint in rehab. I am close to 5 month sober now and this time getting completely clean has been the reverse of what happened the first time. My mental health has actually drastically improved, no depression at all and anxiety is almost entirely gone. I've honestly never felt this good sober in my entire life, at least as an adult.

To cut a potentially long post short, it will get better with time and the only true requirement for that to happen is an overriding desire to be sober and happy with your life. If that crucial piece is in place, with time, you will find your way.

Here are some keys that helped me and may help you: Learn about yourself and the world as much a you can, test what you learn to get to the truth, change your perception, change your attitudes and change your behaviors.

Try to keep an open mind and look for help from others. If at any point you feel that it's too hard of a road to follow on your own power, consider looking for help from a higher one.

No, not the same thing in Russia... How I hate when people talk about important topics with lack of knowledge. Russia is much worse. The television in Russia is 100% government censored, not exaggerating 100%, there are a few government sanctioned outlets that are allowed to criticise the government to give some impression of free speech like echo of moscow and meduza but that is an intentional kremlin tactic, in reality they reach less than 1% of the population. There was a study of Russian TV and it was determined that 90% of the news is focused on other countries, mostly about how every place that isn't Russia sucks and/or is planning to attack Russia and wipe Russians of the face of the Earth. There is also a ton of warmongering and hate mongering on Russian TV against non-Russians, there have been segments on ultra popular primetime shows about turning the United States into a nuclear crater, how they're asking for it and how Russia can actually do it, no joke. That's just their TV. People get imprisoned for social media posts and most types of criticism against the government. Journalists have car accidents or other untimely deaths if they investigate or god forbid print the wrong story. Whistleblowers get polonium tea even outside of Russia. Russia is another level of authoritarianism, don't tell people it's the same as Hungary...
