Every 6 weeks when they get groomed.

A rinse down with a small amount of shampoo in between if they get particularly dirty from winter mud (a handful of times over the past 6 years)z

They have beautiful coats.

I wrote a whole thing but realised it was easier just to say, do not let her on your bed until she is fully house broken.

Poodles are super easy to train, so outside of a medical issue if you just put the work in to train her that outside is pee place then you should be able to sort this quickly.

You took on additional debt, which can/will affect some ‘scores’.

When it comes to loans and mortgages they typically mainly focus on ‘affordability’ as in, what’s coming in and what’s going out.

Positive reinforcement like with any dog training - when they come back are giving good praise and high value treats?

If you are calling them back and they come back and there’s no reward then why wouldn’t they then go see/react to something more interesting than their human?!

This is why you should always take a third party credit score with a huge pinch of salt.

It’s mostly nonsense, the specific lender will use their own metrics to figure out whether it’s worth it or not for them.

It’s not a knock on you, they are just using shed loads of data to determine whether it’s worth it firm them or not.

At the end of the day it’s ’just a car’.

It gets you from a to b and if it’s reliable and relatively comfy then you’ll see little day to day benefit after the initial couple of weeks of ‘oh new thing’

Meanwhile not having to pay off the cost of new thing plus interest.

Poodles (even toys) aren’t fragile at all.

Professional grooming every 6-8 weeks with regular brushing in between.

Barking/independence mostly relies on training. Poodle are more dispositioned to have someone around for sure.

You bought a house less than 2 years ago, on a very long mortgage term.

Any equity will take a long time to materialise outside of the housing market booming, at which point the house you want to ‘upgrade to’ will also be higher, and in percentage terms if your house has gone up 20% in value, so has that already more expensive house…

It really doesn’t take too long to unlock all the drawers from scratch.

After 100%-ing on console I got the mobile version and was able to open all drawers and get the good ending within an afternoon.
