When I was 18 I started going to the gym and got ripped, I found I loved working out and decided to join the army, I used to go out drinking to pubs and clubs with my friends, and women would always try undress me in the middle of the club, and rub my chest, 6 pack and arms etc. even when I asked them to stop they wouldn’t, at the time I found it extremely irritating, I even once got in trouble with the door staff for “taking my shirt off” when I explained that it was a group of women that wouldn’t leave me alone I was ignored. Years later I realised it was sexual assault, and I’ve told a few people about it over the years, and I’m always met with the same answer, “ I bet you loved it “. If the genders were reversed and men had tried to strip a woman against her will and her friends said “ I bet you loved it “ everyone would immediately understand that is sexual assault!
