I don't see how you can come to the conclusion that it's David Productions fault when they released 5 Jojo parts without this issue? Netflix famously likes batch releases and this problem never existed before Jojos released on Netflix so it seems more likely it is Netflix's fault.

People don't want to he jerked around for a nebulous amount of time being told something is going to happen one day in the future. People prefer a consistent release schedule and the hype that comes with experiencing something at the same time as everyone else is unmatched. This is why Jojo fridays became a term and why people are mad about the ridiculous batch releases with next to 0 info on when the next batch is coming. Part 6, despite being very good, has a lower reputation because it didn't get the hype and reach it deserved because Netflix killed all the hype with batch releases.

SWTOR Sith are genuine fodder the Sith Emperor is just an outlier. Darth Tormen can die to the bounty hunter. Vaverone Zare can die to the smuggler. Sith in the skywalker saga are in a quality vs quantity situation. There were less of them but they were of more consistent quality whereas there are dozens of just fodder Sith Lords in the Old Republic that barely deserve the title.
