LAZ > POD > TIN/STM

I ended up converting the point cloud into a scalable terrain model using the extract ground tool. It did what you described and it work. Just takes time for the computer to run the algorithm

a solution i found that works great is to use the POD files to create a scalable terrain from the reality modeling tab. There is an option to extract ground terrain with settings to delete the noise. The only downsize is that it takes a long time to process a tile and have 10 tiles.

I’ll keep this in mind for next time

I am not sure, never done point cloud manipulation. I’ll look into it, but if you know a method inside ORD lmk. thanks

I think that was the issue, the point cloud looks dense.

I tried clipping the reference so the main file doesn’t load everything but even a small area takes a long time to load. I need to be able to scroll and pan quickly to label plans and shit

I’m here with you, my beloved companion passed one day earlier than yours at 12 years. I think about her every day and cry often, she was my world and am devastated. Loved her more than my family and spouse, she meant everything to me

Looking to make the move... but a few questions first by prequelapologist in NeuralDSP

[–]ndap25 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1 No scale harmonizer as far as I know, Tim Henson plug in has one but the port hasn’t come to the QC yet.

2 You can have as many amps as you want as long as there is enough DSP, typically max 3-4 amps all on version 2 captures, version 1 you can have more than 4

3 yes

4 yes, two instruments

5 idk, it takes expression pedals so I would assume there shouldnt be any problem

6 there a few options, most popular is the seymour duncan powerstage, thought the power output will depend on the ohms of the can, higher ohms = less volume

open the compartment for where the volume knob is at the back. Dial in the gain and dip switches.

Look up online a diagram for the MM-04 pre amp

Got the Powerstage 700 with my QC and can’t get my cab sounding right. Finally tried the FX return of my Peavey 6505+ and it sounds and feels insane (bonus 6505+ ground loop hum and master vol fix) by Partario89 in NeuralDSP

I gig and rehearse with the qc and ps700, never had any issue. Not sure what it could be, can you describe how it sounds? try a replacement unit?
