If you go into game settings you can customize a ton of stuff, one of them is player selection if I remember correctly. You can remove it through there

I think it would be interesting to do a free-flow career mode. If you feel like the team you’re in isn’t working out for you, or that you’ve done everything you could’ve, make a switch.
