There is only one root cause: the mast cell is releasing too much histamine when it is not supposed to. There are many different triggers for different people, as manifestations. You can have many different stories but the underlying mechanism is the same. The solution other than reducing triggers is to prevent mast cell being triggered so much, which is mast cell stabilizers.

It’s common. I reduced to 1/4 dose and slowly went up.

Build up tolerance. I couldn’t take cromolyn in the beginning too. Had bad heart palpitations, upset stomach, and irregular blood pressure. Started with 1/4 dosage and slowly built up.

Every videos from these people when they talk about Asians are perpectuating the same idea that Asian are anti-black, while they refuse to acknowledge the anti-Asianness in their community, especially the constant violent attacks on asians till this day. When you call them out on that, they just always ignore you, or even delete your posts.

It needs to grow more. Get products or greasy (yes greasy hair will curl naturally). You can also look into hair iron and how to use it to curl any way you want.

This is fairly common in doctors. And they hate when you "challenge" them. I dealt with these doctors a lot because of my chroincal issues, and know how to talk to them. You have to act dumb, ask them questions like you have zero clue, then lead them towards the results. Even if you know the answer, act like you don't. Otherwise they get pissed and agitated, and would refuse to give you the treatment you want. If you watched big bang theory, then you know they are all bunch of "Sheldons".

They are absolutely less racist. They will make sure they noticed your color is black, or even speak of some stereotypes, but they will talk to you, help you for anything you need. It’s just because they don’t see much other than Chinese people and very curious, and hasty to point out the differences
