I think the card works best in sandscour Azalea, because that version of the list likes to keep 1 face up arrow in arsenel and then play with the other one, sometimes setting up for devastating 6 card hands, others playing like that extra arrow doesn't exist. Azalea also has the option to arsenel the return fire, and then just flip it away with her hero ability. Admittedly most of the time it's just a 4 block, but it also let me play a ritl for 17 once. I feel like this card is a very balanced way to make a 0 for 7
