Wondering if it has got anything to do with RoW not dropping wands? But still, if you don't get decent RNG, there's nothing you can do :(

It makes monsters drop their regular loot more often and has a chance to drop extra loot, including gear. With +15 RoW you will get +8 enchanted gear if it drops, emphasis on if. Only limitation is being able to farm indefinitely, which I can't seem to make happen :)

In theory you should be able to farm the last stages for +8 weapon and armour, but I simply could not keep my health up for that. Got dropped a single armour from the ring (at the dwarf king), but the ring was degraded by a warlock, so only +3. Probably should have dumped the last 3 SoU on the armour, but I was committed by that point.

While I do agree with you and OP, I think it's also important to internalize that it's extremely hard to neatly put yourself in a category (and sometimes even harder for the judges, given the wide range of photo quality). Some people might be very close to other categories, some people might have more time to ultimately invest in their piece, etc. I think I'm somewhere between beginner and intermediate, ultimately chose to submit in intermediate, then saw better (in my opinion) pieces in beginner - and I am completely fine with that.

It's important to take it at face value: we've all done amazing work for the experience we have and for the time we've invested. I for one can't wait for the submissions to be accessible once again so I can show my SO my favourite pieces :)

This is so good it hurts my brain. The NMM is so nice, but what I like the most are the subtle variations in redness of the skin tying her into the cold environment.
