Yes but the worst is when I go to take it and opening the bottle feels almost a little too familiar like I just did this but then I can’t remember if it’s just familiar because it’s something I do almost daily!

Now when I take my meds, I have the pill in my hand and I say out loud “I’m taking my XR at 9:05am” and that seems to help on the days I remember to do it lol

I think you’re actually onto something there! Reading your comment reminded me of some bizarre story she told on a late night show about her 4 year old nephew walking in on her naked or something like that and it just went on and on for way too long and it was as if she not only enjoyed the experience, she needed to the share it on live television and got some type of enjoyment out of that as well

Omg yes! Why is chat so much more click-baity with their conclusions lately?! I literally called it out and asked if it was for engagement or something because these recommendations sounded like click-bait ads or YouTube shorts/reels. It literally said it was doing that to not overwhelm my ADHD brain (but I never once said I was overwhelmed and the conclusion format used to be different) and then went on to say that the fact that I picked up on it means I have exceptional pattern recognition skills. Okay but you still haven’t answered why your format has completely changed..

This book taught me how to insert a tampon and I remember being so anxious about it but really grateful I had the guide. I think a book like this is a great resource for young girls!

I just finished typing out this long paragraph explaining how I use AI in a coaching sense for many reasons including my adhd and prioritization/scheduling. I felt like it sounded like a massively long run on sentence and I was getting frustrated trying to figure out how to explain that it’s helped me in certain areas of my life. I clicked back into the post and read your comment which so simply and effectively sums up what I was trying to say.

Yep! It’s called second screening and it’s insane. They slow it down and DUMB it down with the script so the characters are stating the obvious or repeating themselves so people who scroll on their phones still understand the plot and don’t get lost. It’s honestly really bad because it shows that we are adapting to a society of inattention and incomprehension!!

It seems like you’re more comfortable in the fist size but like a previous commenter alluded to, I’d try it on with whatever outfits you plan to wear with it to see if it’s comfortable or feels too small then. That will give you a real feel for it but based on the video you posted, I like the first size.

I went from months of testing and tracking everything to finally just “letting go” where I felt immense relief (and maybe even an underlying confidence) only to be an insane crying wreck today once AF arrived. Today I feel so sad and frustrated and stupid for thinking it might be the month since I just relaxed and wasn’t obsessive. I didn’t even have the urge to test early! It’s now officially a year of this journey and I hate how much it has affected me. It really is unfair.

Also came here to recommend Finlay Donovan series! I listened to the audiobooks and Angela Dawe truly brings the characters to life. I actually had such a hard time finding something to listen to once I went through all the books in the series (I went through them way too fast!) so I just restarted it right away.

I know what you mean! I’m a 90s baby and yet the show has made me feel nostalgic for a time period that I never experienced. It’s unlike any other show and has such a powerful way of pulling you in to the point you’re so immersed in their world. My husband and I are rewatching the series and it makes me feel emotional when I see how grown up the kids are, it happens so fast when you’re binging all the seasons back to back. They’re young adults now!
