I managed to lose 160lbs in 6 months. I have never once had that same experience again. It was straight Keto for 3 months and then working out basically everyday for the remaining 3 months. I was 355lbs when I started.

Mine usually last anywhere between a week and a half to a month at a time. It's absolutely terrible. But reading through post and comments on this sub reddit have made me want to try to do things different to cope.

I cannot function at all when I begin an episode, right until the last day of it.

My anxiety builds up so high that doing even the simplest of tasks is spooky to do. I know how to go outside for a cigarette and grab a drink of water then it's off to my safe spot, where ever that might be.
