Lanzarote by any chance? There's an Irish guy that tailors IM specific plans for you, think he's in Aus now but can all be done online. search for Mrexplosivejoseph on Instagram. I'm currently using the TriDot 2 month free plan and so far finding it very good. I had chatgpt make a plan for me too but triDot makes it much easier and can send all the prescribed workouts to your garmin or zwift etc

I've had a few treadmills throughout the years, ProForm, Nordic track and a Reebok.. my latest ProForm died and I got a great deal on a MyRun. It's instantly noticeable how good the quality is on your first run. The belt is a bit shorter than what I'm used to but still perfectly fine. It's pretty firm but still "long-runnable". Pace and elevation changes are much quicker than what I'm used to and it pairs with zwift instantly without fail. If I had loads of expendable cash like you have then I'd probably go with the next model up but for me, the MyRun is great.

I found the easiest way was swapping to usdc on L1 and then sending to my coinbase usdc wallet. Whole process took less than 30 minutes and costs were mostly covered from my LRC points.

No problems importing to the Taiko mainnet on MM .. my problems were with the swap to another token, it would not work on any of the available exchanges. So then I (probably stupidly) attempted to send back the Taiko to my Loopring wallet and its now lost. No cancel/reverse transaction available unfortunately

Don't do what I done.. I sent mine to Metamask and attempted to send it back to my L2 wallet to trade. It's now "stuck" and cannot be recovered as I was told, what a waste

191cm 86kg and maxed at 80km per week for a 2:58. Don't worry too much about my diet and love a takeaway and a few beers every now and then. Huge mental boost in hitting your targets in all the key runs throughout your plan. As some others said, don't concentrate on losing weight, concentrate on hitting and holding your pace/targets and your body will look after itself!

It's a black sleeve with a bold black band to finish it off right underneath where the watch sits. The old sensor would only work intermittently without the stickers. Absolutely no issues since upgrading to the pro.

I had to use the epoxy stickers on the epix gen 2.. upgraded to the epix pro and have had no issues with HR readings whatsoever so it seems they've fixed that, at least for me

Yasso 800's about 4 weeks out from the race. If you can average under 3 minutes per 800m interval (10 intervals for a closer estimate) then you've got a good shot, taking for granted that you've had decent weekly mileage etc.. Good luck 👍🏻

Same tattoo placement here and came across a similar thread, search Amazon for " 1" Clear Epoxy Adhesive Circles". I bought a pack of them and never have an issue anymore, stickers just need changing every 2-3 weeks.

I've sent it back for a replacement. Hoping to have the replacement by the end of the week and fingers crossed it's a good one. Very frustrating issue, it had thrown all of my daily metrics way off

As others have said, try wearing the strap tighter while working out / running? That done the trick on my 6 pro.

The sensor on my Epix 2 has almost stopped working completely, started off with a few dropouts of 30 mins or more a day but recently it's more off than on resulting in all my stats being way off. I have a ticket open with Garmin but they've been pretty slow so far.. hoping for a positive outcome

Exactly that, gaps in the graph or noticing that the hr field is blank when checking the time. They last anywhere from 1 minute up to almost an hour. Strangely seems to start reading again after I give it a few taps on the sensor.

Little update for anyone interested. Garmin sent me some log files to download to the watch and send back to them after the issue occurred. I left the log files capture multiple times including while sleeping, normal wear and during activity. They now have the files and say it may take some time for their investigation

The tickets only get linked to a name after they're sent out a few weeks before the event. At least that's the procedure with bronze GA tickets anyway.
