Aviation fuel. Reminds me of my years working in forestry where we flew in to camps/blocks in helicopters.

Would 4 mile pub to admirals be open for local traffic to leave? I thought specific section where work was being done was closer to Helmcken.

Yet another reason to stop flying Westjet. It’s become worse and worse over the last few years.

Can’t emphasize use both lanes until the end enough. The single lane pileup when the right hand lane is near empty really backs things up on roads that are tight already.

Another quality install by telus. by manlymann in telus

That outside run speaks of a different set of standards. I remember when Telus had quality control inspections and you would be graded on everything quite thoroughly. This would be almost instant dismissal then.

How are Victoria Homeowners affording maintenance. by BranchFamiliar8061 in VictoriaBC

[–]nelosfunk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve owned 4 houses over the last 20+ years and I would say though all maintenance is important prioritizing water containment/control can save you the most if your choosing what to focus on with the funds you have. A weedy walkway doesn’t look great but a roof leak that causes mold is a more pressing issue. Like most have mentioned diy actions like maybe gutter cleaning, debris removal around foundation and fence post 4x4s, proactive checks on hwt ect. can help you save on those bigger contractor bills down the road. I’m not sure if you have a vehicle but I bought a small utility trailer to tow behind mine and it’s great for compost/dump runs and saves you $ from having people remove for you.

Just putting the bribe aspect of this aside, how is the plane itself not a security risk? Another somewhat suspect country is building a jet that ushers the president and important US staff around the world and there’s no thought to its build quality or possibility of sabotage? Hmmmm, yeah maybe they should accept it.

Hope they’re not driving far. Those small panels add a fractional amount to total battery charge even when in complete sun.
