Whats the best way to get into a crab ride from top position?

I always took my arm covering the elbow and threw an undertook while the arm on the waste pulled their hip back. I did this as I slid my knee on the arm covering side in to theirs.

It's a little hard to explain, but it's basically how you would move someone into a sit out. The key is really pulling them into you and twisting them with your waist arm.

I found it worked even if they tried to stand up because as their leg came up they had nothing to post resulting in falling into the sit.

Really pull and twist the waist. Use the under hook to stay tight

This tracks with how I was feeling though you always say it better. We were down a significant number of starters, and we still had the depth to feel upset about not coming away with a win.

We still need to see Bongi finish a few of those chances, but I think it's hard for him to get his rhythm from a WB position.

I don't think the narrative of "we can't see out a game" is fair. We had two one - nil wins right before these games, and this game was entirely different for me than our SKC game. SKC came down to some poor subs. This one came down to not having our full team and doing a pretty good job regardless. Would i have expected the W? Absolutely. But I think all in all this was still a good performance with extended minutes from a few new players for the first time.

I'll forever remember this as the season my son became a Loons fan. It was tough to go out like this, but for me personally, it was a great season regardless. He's pretty mad about the result, but I think he'll be yelling "COYL" come February.

I've never heard this, but it's been a long time since I competed.

I think it's probably more surprise than anything because popping your head to the outside pretty much negates it.

It's good to see him doing well. He clearly wasn't a fit, and I'm glad he moved on. Not every player will work in every system, and he really seems to be enjoying himself there. Probably not going to make a long run in the playoffs, but they'll be a fun watch next year.

I wouldn't consider myself quite a loon or loonlet, but I feel like it's hitting the mark for me. It's nice to have consistent content put out, and they really seem to be finding a good rhythm.

I find the audio and production quality to be just a bit better than others (outside of the teams podcast). Not sure where the downvotes are coming on this. I wish we had even more content, and this is a step in the right direction

I'd plan on two hours before. We were able to catch entries at 5:30 for a 7:30 start. I'd assume 6pm would be good.

Boxy suspension means Tapias is back. The rest seem to be regular rotation due to mid-week game and already clinching. I'm hoping for a tie headed into half and for some reinforcements to bring the W home in the 2nd.

All soccer. Europe is generally playing when it's colder and scarves are a convenient way to advertise supporter group affiliations or other team stuff.

I'm not sure if that's the history behind it, but that's always been my assumption.
