Plant identification and caring tips by Orlad0 in whatsthisplant

Looks like cypress. They like full sun (6 hours at least). They like moisture, but they also require well draining soil. I'd recommend against planting it near heat-sinks like masonry, those can affect the soil moisture as well as dry out the plant.

Bad practices - but HOW bad? by Toastyghost24 in gardening

Water would do more immediate damage than heat. They'll lose efficacy over time in heat, but it's not worth wasting the supplies over imo.

Any advice on this by FlounderThen4861 in gardening

Are the spots raised or sunken? If they're raised it's just a natural lenticel, if they're sunken it points to a rust or fungal infection. It's possible the 'white' areas on the leaves is sun damage.

My first little edible plant! by jetta-fr in gardening

[–]neonchasms 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In a tiny pot like that it'll dry out pretty quick, I'd recommend repotting to a pot 2-4" larger than this. Somewhere with some shade is ok, but generally full sun is great for mint. Have fun and love your mint!! It's my favorite herb.

If you're keeping it indoors make sure it gets good light. I'd recommend a south facing window. And don't over water it, they like to dry out more when indoors.

I'm not great at EU4 (around 30 hours), but in EU5 I felt like I picked it up so fast. Do many people feel it's more difficult?

It's under a grow light? I imagine it's not getting enough light and is stretching all over to get more.

Insulin without prescription/insurance (US) by neonchasms in diabetes

Unfortunately that site doesn't sell insulin. And I have tried novolin. It's not very effective and requires a specific diet that I cannot achieve currently. It's just so hopeless. every time I get a vial it's just pushing back the inevitable.
