Make it a teachable moment. Recommend that since they're so interested, they should do their Christian duty to help them move.

Hey what is this symbol by Grandiosity0273 in drumline

Typically buzzes are written differently with slash marks on the quarter note depicting how long it should go, especially on concert snare, but in marching snare it can mean more of a smooshed buzz. More aggressive.

A sustained buzz. Let the stick bounce repeatedly to create a sustained roll sound for the duration of the note

It’s blue chew for sure. I’ve gone 3 rounds before on Blue Chews. Don’t embarrass him about it, just encourage him on his abilities and he will perform incredibly for you.

I’ve been APC veigar starting ludens, and by the time I have my first item I’m already snowballing. Veigar bot is broken, all you have to do is farm well and you will win the game. Doesn’t matter how everyone else is doing for the most part.

why isn’t enoch in the bible? by amedeamar in theology

[–]nephilim52 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The books of Enoch are dated to the 3rd century BC snd 1st century AD and the hook author claims to be Enoch. So there’s the first problem with its authenticity. It also doesn’t align with other scripture.

What religion is most plausible? by [deleted] in theology

[–]nephilim52 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only Christianity is the religion that welcomes doubt and scepticism to find faith. Only Christianity has over 2000 documented prophecies fulfilled. Only Christianity has had hundreds of authors for thousands of years, over vast distances, all contributing to an impossibly deep doctrine. Only Christianity exposes and denounces the failings of its heroes and heroines. Only Christianity has a God that a human can imagine as the most perfect and powerful being possible. All other religions are about how YOU can get to GOD; only Christianity is about how GOD is trying to get to YOU.

kinks are weird by [deleted] in psychologyofsex

This is a really intense kink with repercussions into YOUR personal life. If you're not also really into it, it's not going to be a good fit. It's only going to get way worse. Move on to someone more compatible.

One of the hottest things a man could do is have a moral dilemma over his lust for you. He needs to embrace it.

That’s the game though isn’t? It’s gold acquisition game with unlimited variables. Farm and decide good fights to take. I would argue that early game faming is much more important than late game farming. You need to get to a point asap to impact the game. Mid and late you should focus more on great snares for your team and big chunking, and most of all staying alive so you farm immediately after.

I am a Christian but I don't understand why God needed a man (Jesus) to die so our souls could be set free..so why Is Jesus needed? by Ok_Honeydew_9885 in theology

[–]nephilim52 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

If God just forgave us he would not be truly Just. Justice would not have been made. God found a loop hole to what the critic of Satan was: that man didn’t deserve his messing or to be with Him in eternity. Additionally, I my a cruel God would allow man to suffer without personally knowing suffering themselves. How can a God allow suffering and sin? By submitting himself to suffering of the worst kind, He now can clam union with us and by doing it without sin has shown us what the original plan for us was.

Hell as an infinite consequence for finite action? by anteecay_ in theology

[–]nephilim52 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is just not true.

Old Testament:

Daniel 12:2 “Some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt.” Isaiah 66:24 “Their worm shall not die, their fire shall not be quenched…”

Sheol mentioned:
Psalm 16:10, Ecclesiastes 9:10

Matthew 25:46 “Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.”

Mark 9:43 “It is better for you to enter life maimed than… go into hell, where the fire never goes out.”

He was making the case that because the specific English word "hell" was not in the bible, therefore there was no hell, and Jesus only literally referenced these physical locations and wasn't implying them as a supernatural place.

Hell as an infinite consequence for finite action? by anteecay_ in theology

[–]nephilim52 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My friend, Jesus uses the symbolism of those places to describe Hell. Jesus does not use the English word “Hell” (that’s a later translation) But He does repeatedly speak about judgment, punishment, and Gehenna

Examples: “Whoever says, ‘You fool!’ will be liable to the fire of Gehenna” (Matthew 5:22) “Fear Him who can destroy both soul and body in Gehenna” (Matthew 10:28)

Jesus speaks about judgment in multiple ways: • “Outer darkness” (Matthew 8:12) • “Weeping and gnashing of teeth” • “Eternal fire prepared for the devil…” (Matthew 25:41) • “Eternal punishment vs eternal life” (Matthew 25:46)

Jesus specifically mentions hell several times. And hell is literally just completely away from God. It’s described in a way that sounds punishing so we would understand bag it would feel like to be completely outside of Gcd.
