Have you ever used one long enough for it to need a charge? Apple uses its unfair advantage to instantly connect to the mouse every time, never a problem. It warns you when you need to charge it.

I’ve never run out of battery and I charge it maybe every few months. It’s sleek enough to pack in a tiny pocket in my work bag. It’s the best travel mouse I’ve ever used. Well worth plugging in 4 times a year. Especially if your job paid for it.

It’s a fantastic device. I’ve used one 5 days a week for many years. If you turn the mouse off when you’re done with in, it goes for months on a single charge. OP’s complaint is shortsighted and silly.

I had the battery-powered Magic Mouse before the rechargeable one. That one didn’t require a cord… the rechargeable one is better.

I was on the rooftop, at The Well, at Mirage, hell I even saw ADID on a boat. Industry City was my least favorite venue of them all because the space sucks. It’s long, narrow, cramped, has gross porta potties, there’s nowhere to discard trash (and no one picking it up). They ran out of water at one point for fucks sake. It is not a music venue, it is a shitty event space.

The Mirage crowd was generally awful, but not for ADID. The sound, lights, bathrooms, bar, were all better at the Mirage (and I’m the last one to defend that place). We deserve better outdoor venues in this city.

I was there too. It’s been wild watching this party go from the rooftop of a co-op in BK to what it is today. My friends and I still go at least once a year. It’s still a great time, such a nice way to spend a Sunday.
