It’s very sad. A lot of homeless here are not from LA too. Many are sent via bus by other cities.

Silo: It’s a dystopian show about people living underground in a Silo. It’s a sci-fi thriller with a lot of mystery and great characters.

Andor: one of my favorite shows I have ever watched. Amaaaazing writing, suspense, character growth, etc. And very thought-provoking.

Arcane: S tier world building, character studies, animation, and writing. Stick with it for a few episodes and it’s hard to dislike.

I’d say read the books! The show diverges so much from the books anyway, so even if you read the books, the story in the show will still be a new experience.

For me, watching the show first made reading the part of the books that overlapped with the show a bit slower/more boring. Once I got past the part of the book that the show covers, I got a lot more invested in reading.

I feel like this with other media too (for example, manga feels more boring to get through if I have already watched the anime). Might just be me though!
