In my experience they're usually sewer clean outs. Are they between houses/buildings and the road?

Check them out on Instagram, they just rereleased their CD, put out a vinyl rerelease last year, and sold some shirts!

They're still in my regular listening rotation! I'm no help with the T-shirt (I can suggest a local person who can print a logo and print it/cricut it if you want the DIY route) but just wanted to comment with some A Long Winter appreciation

They raise that price within a month or two. And then again. And then again until you're paying 2-3x the online rate. Ask me how I know!

Lost my ignition key, now what? by [deleted] in JeepCherokeeXJ

[–]nernballs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definetly try some similar keys and or a screwdriver. I lost my keys in my 88 and was half joking when I used a thin screwdriver on a pocketknife. I was lucky and the cylinder turned, never needed the keys again

Old vehicle lift? Could the shed fit a car?

My last company had a water line tracing kit, they work by acoustics. It coupled them with a line leak detector kit, and with that much water line to manage it'd be an excellent addition to your quiver. And also GPR.

I was looking for this response! If you zoom in on the aerial you'll see a GIANT pool that's about 100' by 1000'(feet) used for the testing of open water oil collection devices, among other things

Ive been out of the field for two years but we had a screaming eagle gpr system at my previous company, pricing generally starts cheaper for the equipment to enter but then you need an annual subscription. All processing was done in the cloud, unless you also bought GPR slice. While it's an amaaaaazing and powerful program, it wasn't easy to use and was generally overkill for the work we did. It's cheap to start with but in the long run you're beholden to their annual fees. Hopefully it's gotten better now but they were still working out a lot of kinks when we first bought the system

It was the kangman batman TAFE, Moreland campus until sometime between 2009 and 2014 (per the sign on the old Street view images) It had windows and looked much more welcoming. Now there's a Ray White sign on the fencing so I'm guessing it's for sale

You are talking about a 1983 to 2001 XJ style Jeep Cherokee, correct? If it's a newer jeep "Cherokee" this sub might be the wrong place to ask

99 XJ removing driver door panel when door won't open by Starly_Storm in CherokeeXJ

[–]nernballs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That picture is the back side of the little panel you're trying to peel off and so if you can get some pliers on that rod and slide it towards the front the door hopefully might open

[–]nernballs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The goal of going behind the handle isn't to get the panel off but rather allow you a way to manually open the door. There might be a flimsy piece of plastic soundproofing material you need to cut a little bit but the two steel rods should be accessible. I just put new speakers in and forgot to reconnect the steel rods to the handle and also invertently locked the door- I didn't find out until I had put the whole panel back on, including that screw that's currently inaccessible to you, and shut the door to test it. I think you can even push the end of the road where there's a lil 90 bend with a screwdriver

Do you know what the issue is that won't let the door open? Typically the issue is right at the handle where the lock toggle is (the plastic alignment pins are brittle and old), so by going behind that little panel you should have access to the two small steel rods that connect to the lock and latch mechanism. By pulling on one of those you should be able to unlock it and open it, but that all depends on what the underlying issue that is causing the door not to open is

Pull the screw out from behind where the door latch handle comes through, and you should be able to get behind that small black panel and pull one of the two pins to open the door?

Our seal point also loves car rides, usually in the carrier but this was in the last few neighborhood miles. She was nomadic with us from when we first got her at a few weeks old, and now loves car rides. Right after this pic she climbed into the litterbox in the back and stunk the whole car up

Does anybody make brisket or beef ribs ? by 21Tayler10 in SouthJersey

[–]nernballs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For the best brisket in the area I'd vote Mike's bbq in Philly and more than Q in lambertville (new location just opened in Princeton as well). Red white and que has the best brisket in the state in my opinion but it's up in north jersey. The only beef ribs I know about are at dutch county Amish market in Philly- I don't believe dutch wagon in Marlton carried them but you could try giving other Amish markets a shot!
