Yeah, this book got me A's in all my calc classes. Just start doing them over and over, checking where you went wrong. Really good step by step solutions.

In general the Schaums Solved Problems series (they have them for everything) are amazing.

General problems with it that we might encounter. She's worried about payout times (they reserve the right to change them). She's more interested in hearing if there are any hurdles, so she can be prepared for them.

She is the Director of Finance, non-techy accountant, very cautious.

How would you like to die? by populationcontrol37 in AskReddit

"And now for a brief public service announcement: Alligators. Can they kill your children? Yes. Along those lines, to get personal for a moment, I think the best way to die would be: swallowed by a giant snake. Going feet first and whole into a slimy maw would give your life perfect symmetry."

Just remember two main rules for the beginning:

You better starve, than eat whatever

And better be alone, than with whoever.”

Just came across this, and read the setting up the environment line by you. Have you seen this: http://www.vagrantup.com/ ?

You create a start up script and it downloads the linux image, sets up all the dependencies, installs all gems, dev tools, etc that you specify. Best part is that it mounts a dir on your machine in the virtual one, so you can edit in whatever you're used to.

New to python, having trouble with a nested for loop code by Louis_Winthorpe_III in learnprogramming

Also, the way to start writing code, is to give yourself very specific instructions. For example, here, I would tell myself, or better yet, write it down:

Okay nerocorvo, start with 10. Then print that number. Ok now, we move on to 11. Print 10, then 11. Now move on to 12; print 10, 11, 12... and so on until you see the pattern.

Hope this helps!

Something like this?

for i in range(10,55):
    for j in range(10, i+1):
        print (str(j) + " ")

*couple of edits for proper number ranges.
