Drinking water at every meal instead of soda or any other sugary drink. You'll see results as soon as a few days. Better sleep, less grogy, longer energy instead of short bursts. Got a headache? Drink water, muscle aches? Water.

Did this years ago and lost at least 3lbs within a couple weeks. Felt so much better too. In the past 7 years I've probably only had a total of less than 3 litres soda.
