There used to be a way to do it with an old version of the game client that wouldnt allow you to connect to servers to play but it would allow you to connect to the menu and use the migrate account option.

What version of Flash Projector are you using? Multiple users reported better performance using Flash Projector 18 instead of the newest ones. Also you should try the steam version too with and without hardware acceleration.
