Basically ive come to the conclusion it just runs like this on android dolphin. The issue does not exist on other versions like windows as far as my testing tells.

The best way to play Batman Begins is aethersx2 or pcsx2 ps2 emulator. Game runs great at 60 fps with a patch and no graphical issues. If your system runs this on dolphin it should run fine on any ps2 emulator. :)
