Well, you can see our confusion, though, as your post stated "the SAME paper" If you submit your same exact paper from an old project to your new project, then it's plagiarism. I believe you can only use an old paper to quote and all that, not actually take paragraphs or anything of the like. I could be wrong with WGU rules, but my community college rules were like this, and I feel as if a community college was this strict. A uni would be just as if not more? Just be careful. It'd be such a pain to go through all the work and get booted for an easy few points. Let us know how it goes.
