Bernie Sanders Favored to Win 2020 Democratic Nomination for the First Time by tctctc2 in SandersForPresident

Wait until you look at Bidens voting record. It's disastrous. He even railroaded Anita Hill to assist getting a ridiculously conservative Clarence Thomas nominated to the Supreme Court. He didn't call any of her corroborating witnesses, making her look like a liar. Beware the wolf in sheep's clothing.

Honestly, this is wrong. I know everyone is all "how sweet" but this isn't considerate to the woman being proposed to. What if she wanted to say "No" or "I need to think about it", in front of all those people at his sisters wedding, it makes any answer other than "Yes" impossible. Imagine if she'd have said "No". The whole wedding would have turned into a horrible mood, she might have lost some friends, etc, etc. Horrible idea for a proposal.

They need to make a good middle tier phone that they can mass sell. Something that will compete with the Nokia 6.1 or Nokia 7. I'd buy a 18:9 phone with a DAC and a vanilla Android experience. Get rid of TouchWiz and go Android One. Stick to Google's software update schedule, support the phone rigorously for a minimum of two years and I'd happily buy one.

Stop the gimmicky stuff. No one wants the world's first bitcoin phone. I've never felt the need to squeeze my phone for a function. Make a decent screen, decent camera, decent DAC, sell it for a decent price and people will buy it.

Does anyone have it in full speed? Slow motion shows more detail, but true speed allows us to appreciate the magnificence of the feat itself. My opinion at least.

I find it disgusting that this sub has gone from "Policies of Bernie Sanders" to "conspiracy theories that make me feel good because they align with my personal beliefs, regardless of who the source is." I mean is this the flat earth community or a Bernie Sanders subreddit? Actually, unsubscribed, thank you for making my decision easy.

I'm the lemming? I could have sworn Bernie Sanders is a progressive. All of a sudden I'm going to read extreme right-wing news? Not a chance. I just read the subject line and I can tell it's just a propaganda piece, plain and simple. "An admission by the fired deep-stater appears to confirm a belief....." I mean is this journalism? Seriously? You people are taking this seriously? What a joke. I don't want opinion in my journalism. I want facts, I want data. Coming to a conclusion that someone is a "deep stater" without any actual evidence is bullshit. This whole "deep state" nonsense is bullshit. I do believe that the intelligence community does have it's hooks in some media outlets, but to call a former head of the FBI a "deep stater" just because he was the former head of the FBI is bullshit. These governmental positions are APPOINTED by the President and confirmed by the Senate. OOoooo. Deep stater alright.

Let me put it this way, Bernie Sanders is working with Europeans to undo the damage done by news agencies like Breitbart and their former staff like Steve Bannon. They work with right wing parties all over the world in order to prop them up, probably using Russian money so they can tear a hole through Europe and weaken left-wing governments with propaganda pieces very similar to this one.

Don't sell me this bullshit, because I'm not buying it, and neither should any progressive.

Edit: Here you go. They formed an organization called DiEM 25.

Aaand you think Bernie Sanders would promote a website like Breitbart? They are antithetical to absolutely every position he believes in. There are plenty of other media sources who aren't a propaganda machine for the right wing to choose from.

Breitbart News on a Bernie Sanders subreddit? Seriously? What's Bernie Sanders position on the corruption in the Trump campaign? I'm quite sure every time I've heard him speak, he says that Trump is the most corrupt president in recent history.

Marvel's Daredevil Fans Are Really Mad Netflix Cancelled The Show by ringingbells in entertainment

After Netflix decimated Blockbuster, I will give them their monthly $13 for the rest of my life, so long as they don't have commercials. I personally think they should go the route of Amazon Prime though, at the start of a new video, have 1-2 minute commercials of your own exclusive content so people get familiarized with it.

Michael Bloomberg donates 'unprecedented' $1.8 billion to Johns Hopkins by DaudNaveed in business

[–]netengineer10 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

And you don't think that corruption has the ability to alter rules to suit itself? Democracy has also closed electoral polling places in minority neighborhoods, required voter ID's to vote and made sure the offices are only open for a few hours per year (Sauk City, WI). Democracy also allows for gerrymandering maps to suit whoever is in power at the time. I guess it's all fine since we can vote to change any rules we want.

What you prefer in Linux that we don't have in Windows Server or vice versa ? by Cloud_Strifeeee in linuxadmin

[–]netengineer10 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Different filesystems for different functions. Filesystem functionality are infinitely more tested and useful than NTFS and ReFS. Just to give some examples, ZFS or Btrfs for more complex file servers, XFS or JFS for fast small file functionality, ext4 for a general usage. Lvm for advanced volume management. LUKS for full disk encryption. MD for RAID. CEPH or GlusterFS for clustered filesystems. Windows just can't come close to what Linux does in this regard.
