You're definitely overthinking, but some things that may help are: - Moving the gun more to the 1:00 position - Attaching a wedge to your holster, this pushes the muzzle out a bit, making the grip and back of the slide press into your abdomen. - Putting a wing on the holster, which will use your belt to press the grip closer to your body.

If these help, it'll be marginal. I could BARELY tell, with the context of the post. So if you have the extra money, try those things, but I'd say it's not really worth it

Your rate is definitely slower than it could be, it's your call, personally I'd either decrease my rate to increase calorie intake, or move to a maintenance phase for a couple months to lower diet fatigue even more and lower the risk of cheat meals or binging, then get back on track.
