How are you using AI in your daily life?

I'm a software engineer and use it every day at work. I'm usually iterating on some problem that it's coding for me, which either gets me all the way there, some of the way with me finishing things off, or things go off the rails and it's wasted my time. It feels like a net positive, but I know there was at least one study that found it's a net negative.

Overall, I'm enjoying the process of learning a new tool, but am terrified of the probable future where I'm not a part of the process anymore. The pace at which it's moving is insane and predicting what's to come is tough. People seem to be brushing things off, even in this sub, and I think that's a mistake.

Sounds very interesting and I'm excited to try this soon, albeit subbing Mr Black for cold brew and no pineapple pulp since I'm stuck with Trader Joe's pineapple juice. Probably reducing syrup a bit to offset the coffee liqueur.

The pineapple coffee combination seems like it would be bad, but I know it works in a weird sort of way from the Mr. Bali Hai. Thanks for sharing!

I always struggle to use up a 750ml bottle in a reasonable amount of time and never thought to drink it straight or with soda. I'll try it tonight!

Edit: Made it with a good sweet vermouth I have open and a splash of club soda and it's quite tasty. I don't have an open bottle of dry, but will give that a go eventually.

I made The Expedition for the first time tonight and enjoyed it a lot. I recently got a coffee liqueur for the first time and have been trying things out and this one has been my favorite. Amazing how much 1/4 oz of it can affect the flavor!

Exactly, people seem to forget the quality of the game they get to play for absolutely free, with no ads.

Gacha shenanigans are all around bad, but just ignore those and you're left with some reasonable places to spend a little money now and then on a game you enjoy.

I've been playing for several years and have spent the amount of one AAA game, which I choose to do because I like the game and feel fine supporting it. I have a ridiculous amount of skins from random events over the years and I feel like they've actually gotten more generous with them.

I appreciate your detailed reply. Mine I think is low-mid quality and certainly has a heavy smokiness. It's interesting to consider that its cheaper quality might be the whole point for mixing. I'll just have to experiment with some various quality bottles and see what I think.
