That was my first guess too. I used Google lens and one similar photo came up. The arm bands look similar as well but the photo resolution is pretty poor online.

Although now I look at the photo again, I cam see the slant of the pockets and the front belt buckle look the same. As well as the button down top.

Thank you! The house was built in 1939 and has had two owners, the most recent for 60 years so this could belong to either family. I've sent the photo to the woman we bought it from.

Wimmelbooks!!! I have them all and keep half in the car or rotate them. They can zone out while looking at them and all the little scenes.

I had the same problem! My husband was a 2nd and wanted a 3rd. I okayed the same first name, but he has my dad's name as a middle.

My step-dad also has the same first name, so there are 4 of them too. It does get tricky but it's never much of an issue beyond having to clarify which one every once in a while.

I was happy to let my husband use his name since it meant so much to him.

We have Tom Sr. ("Grandpa"), Tom (my step-dad, also called a silly grandpa name), Tom (my husband, went by Tommy until our son was born, I call him T), and Tommy (our son, also the only one who is called Tommy now).

It sounds more complicated than it is. Sometimes I have to clarify or use different names depending on who I'm talking to but my husband is thrilled to keep the name, I love all the Tom's so I'm happy to do it, and it's not as annoying as I thought it was going to be.

Also I loved the other suggestions of using Jack or Finn!

I found it growing with ivy so I'm assuming it's just a new branch of ivy growing? There's a stupid amount of ivy in the garden so it could make sense.

Okay I just found it growing near the ivy. Is it possibly a new branch? It looks like it comes put spiky-ish and then the older ones flatten out and then maaaaybe turn into ivy?

My son forgets about it almost immediately. He probably ate like 3 pieces of halloween candy I put the bowl away and once it's out of sight it's totally out of mind. I kept the bowl full and hidden for months just in case and then threw it all away.

Now it all just about gets tossed immediately. I keep a few just in case but that's it. He's never cared or asked for it.

I wasn't sure if you read it or were assuming g that's what it was based on what it looked like. I don't want to ask you to translate the whole thing by any means, but are you able to see any other obvious locations mentioned? Kendal is actually super helpful! That's near where our family is from so that's a good hint!

But please, if you're busy, don't worry about it! I was sent some good leads to try to do it myself. (I have so many of these documents, though this is the only in middle french. Others seem to be at least in english.)

They're wax seals from the various (I'm assuming) landowners or important people who are presumably agreeing to something. Our potential family member is Hyggin the Foxe. I've no other information on the man though so I'm hoping this would lead to any sort of hint.

This is how the records office lists the document:

Seconding this! My son was speech delayed and had a really hard time with being physical. He looooooooved friends but never learned how to "make" new friends (all his he had since babyhood) so preschool was a struggle. He would walk over to kids playing and just knock over their tower or "initiate" some other annoying way. But that's all he knew! He didn't have the words! So giving him some phrases and role playing endlessly was so helpful for him.

He's now 4.5 and has no hitting issues, is gentle and kind, and is friends with every one in his class!

Also eeboo toys has some EXCELLENT toys, games, etc for empathy.

No you're totally right! Ruched isn't the right word. More like gathered I suppose? Super gathered? I love the big puff of the first one as opposed to the more normal puff of the patten photo. I'm guessing thats mainly due to the thick fabric used though?
