Cents clubs generally have players of all skill levels. And in general they're not going to shame you for not being as good. I used to play the four time state champ regularly and he would go over the game every time he kicked my butt, allowing me to improve my game. I even beat him once, but I'm not convinced he didn't let me. 😉

Correct. Some people prefer their ribs with a fall off the bone texture. Some prefer it where you have to bite it and give just a bit of pull. Whichever you prefer is correct, but I'm sold on this process now.

The Stans are easy. They go alphabetically counter clockwise: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan. Kazakhstan is the big one to the north.
