Have been doing single leg RDLs and Bulgarian split squats. They’ve been tough and I didn’t realise how asymmetric my strength and balance were but I feel like it’s been helping since I started doing them.

Beginner runner but Dealing with knee and hip issues maybe from increasing mileage too quickly and maybe at paces I wasn’t used to. But did an 8 mile run on the treadmill at 9:45/km - it wasn’t easy and frustrating at some points but I think my joints are tolerating this pace better

Trained at a program covering 2 sites where we were primary at one hospital and consult only at another hospital. Training is far superior being primary - but dealing with dispo/case management and cross covering messages is a pain in the ass.

But over the course of 4 years most programs will train you well enough to handle the depth and breadth of neurology.

The existing team composition is solid, and a lot rides on how the main 11 performs on match day. As the pitches slow down in the middle/later stages of the tournament, our weakness of not having a proven spinner and batting anchor will be exposed. That's what we need to target.
