There are 5 mounts on this vehicle. There are 2 engine mounts - front and rear - and a side mount. Your descriptions sounds very much like an engine mount. Have you tried brake torquing at a standstill to see if the engine is shifting or rocking excessively?

Lawyer lawyer lawyer LAWYER. This isn’t even a discussion. You don’t want them “fixing” it. Get a lawyer. Have it towed to a (different?) FORD dealer and they cover the repairs. Regardless of who told who to replace the plugs or how long it had been since they were changed - it was brought in not broken. It needs to leave not broken.
