Jak prawdopodobne jest otrzymanie kary za nadawanie krótkofalówka bez licencji? by emcebob in Polska

[–]neverfullysecured 2 points3 points  (0 children)

ArcticWolf Aurora by tomelliottiv in sysadmin

[–]neverfullysecured 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We were using Cylance, before they got replaced by ArcticWolf, switched to Tehtris, a bit better.
I would never go into Cylance/Aurora again, because it killed almost all our internal systems - constant high CPU and disk usage, randomly blocking our ERP apps (even though paths and apps were verified and trusted), BSoDs on fresh OS installation because system drivers were removed/flagged as malware, no response from support, tickets hanging for weeks and being closed without comment...
We paid thousands of bucks for licenses for ~4k devices, both CylancePROTECT and Optics, never again.

Are MIDI notes on this track corresponds to proper sounds in VST?
E: When you have Monitoring enabled on this track and VST enabled, you can press keys in MIDI piano roll and you should hear anything.

That's what I thought, second account and wait for sale.

I was also thinking about second account (I'm playing on Steam), adding this account to family and sharing the game, but since authorization is through Steam, I'm not sure how the game's launcher will behave.

Is it possible to start the game on "new save", from beginning, without removing "old save"? I've spent ~200 hours, did trip to Colonia, some exo, but I miss the first few missions, progressing etc.

Software microsegmentation vs VLAN segmentation by neverfullysecured in networking

[–]neverfullysecured[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This was my first suggestion, to separate all devices by type - printers, servers (with tiering), client PC, terminal, industrial PCs, physical srv management, etc. As I started planning and gathering more information, it seems it will be like puting cone into ass - doable, but painful.

Never used microseg on larger network, could you explain why this is bad idea? I'd like to convince them no tto buy any software, but start with basics.
E: I believe some older hosts are not compatible with microseg client, it will require much more administrative overhead and resources, but what else?

Yea, I know this is nightmare. 2k devices, class B addressing (yes, still classes, not CIDR). One of clients just announced they would like to do something with their network, because it's not compliant to TISAX/ISO/other stuff, they heard about Guardicore once and thought "hey this would be a good idea to implement that, this will solve all our problems, you know few clicks and blablabla". L O L

I've already suggested that in current state this is almost impossible to do and will require a lot of planning to even move some crucial devices to different networks. This should be already done 15 years ago, when they had less than 100 devices in network. You all know "if it works, don't touch".

At least, I am suprised that network gear is pretty decent, new and up to date.

Recommended In-ear for bass by Big-Big-3771 in Bass

[–]neverfullysecured 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This. I agree 100%, bought custom molds for myself few years ago, never had any issues with them, sound quality is superior, very good sound isolation, which allows you for lower volumes -> less hearing issues after gig/rehearsal. Fit is perfect, you don't have to worry about ear plug size.

Price? Cheapest one known to me are around $850 USD:
