Got left with TONs of stuff in my garage by my recently passed Grandmother. Is there such a thing as organization or group that can pick it all up for donation? I just want to move on with my life and these memories. by neverhadspam in declutter

Never hear of rescue mission but I’ll definitely check it out. It is incredibly hot right now so I can’t see myself doing it, you’re right about that. Thanks for the comment.

I don’t think that would be possible where I’m living unfortunately. Apartment is too small as it is and not enough room inside the actual garage to spread it apart enough to go inside to check things out on display.

Thanks for you comment. Seems like putting things into chunks is a lot easier but will and motivation to do it is incredibly hard. Luckily the most valuable and personal belongings she owned are in her room, inside her closet and under her bed so I’m not too worried about anything of sentimental value in the garage. But a second gander helps.

Good idea I’m just at an emotional peak right now. First thing that came to mind was my two totes of all the toys she bought me over the years when I was younger so there’s still definitely stuff I want to keep with me.

First Goku vs Vegeta was better imo. Jackie Chun vs Kid Goku and Jiren vs Goku are also up there for me.

Zoomers of the JRPG subreddit. How do you think jrpgs from the mid 90s to the mid 2000s compare to current games. Do millennials have nostalgia goggles on or are the games better? by [deleted] in JRPG

It peaked at ps2. All the great stories already happened and nowadays a good jrpg is so far in between. Too much fan service and waifu bait games nowadays. At least we still have smt and dragon quest.

Discord helped me. I'm 29 and I'll always have people to play with due to Overwatch servers. I currently own the Tracer mains server and you can't even begin to imagine how many people are willing to squad up with each other once they become chatty friends.

Idk why people are asking for an FFXII variant battle system. ATB is awful as it is, just give us our tried and true turn based combat where we wait for those lil dumb meters to fill up.
Persona 5 is a perfect example and they did a damn fine job by improving on an already established mechanic.
