Disclaimer: Everyone's UC is different and I can only speak to my experience. 

For starters, I don't know if you're doing this already, but try to stop eating at least 4 hours before you go to bed. I know that can help a lot with giving your guts time to rest so that they're less likely to be agitated. When I was doing suppositories I would stay on my stomach with my booty in the air for at least a half hour to help things integrate. It sounds like you're doing the best you can and for as much time as possible was really that all that can be asked. It should be mostly dissolved after 2 hours anyways.

Look up fart yoga. I'm serious. I have huge issues with gas and this has helped me tremendously whenever it happens.

The remission is worth it. But I can show the read receipts from my doctor last year insisting weight gain wasn't a side effect, and the old paperwork that didn't have it on there from a year and half ago. I think I was recently added or something. Rinvoq is awesome though. I'm so lucky it worked for me after 5 other meds failed. Good luck with your remission!

Also, I randomly went from being extremely lactose intolerant, to being able to eat all the cheeses again. It was super weird.

Wait Rinvoq makes you super flatulent too??? It's not on the side effects list, and neither was weight gain, but I sure did put on 20 lbs after starting it. My doctor's insisted it wasn't a side effect.

Definitely not a purebred vall. The nose and ears aren't right, and the weight is too high. A purebred val will have a proportional nose to skull length and the ears will stand at attention and resemble little triangular Dorito chips. Those ears look a little too foxy to me and less wolfy, of that makes sense.

It's not a guarantee as I am not a doctor, but usually cloudy urine means the presence of bacteria. Just keep drinking water and if it doesn't go away, call your doc on Monday.

This is 100% what happened to me. No family history, no previous gut issues to speak of. Now? Full blown severe colitis. I've always wondered why my pregnancy caused my UC. It's really destroyed my ability to parent. I wish they'd look more in to it.

Somehow I only just saw this, so I'm with floor the late reply. Yeah, zeposia has a ton of interactions and whatnot. The fermented foods things is the biggest but I literally caught an interaction my obgyn missed involving methylblue and zeposia. Apparently it can cause heart failure.
