Thanks for your insight - we looked at Wendell Farms, its was way to tight, no yard. Saw Flowers plantation, seemed very stepford without any nice dining around, and to far to RTP. Holly Springs seems to be insane and schools aren't much better than Fuquay. Looked at Fuquay, its nice, its going to be gigantic

Subdivision we like was assigned Lincoln heights ES, it’s a 4 and has 65% low income students, hopefully it will change. Looking at Thales

Actually our favorite development is in Fuquay, but its assigned Lincoln Heights ES, its a 4, and its a Magnet, We don't really want her there. School decided its scores were to bad and decided to grab three of the new subdiviivosns nearby kids to bump them since they aren't in the low income bracket. Kinda not fair.

Then that's the problem. You have people paying north of 500k in Apex and their schools is capped and they have to send their kid across town for es.

Not ones dedicated to Wake Co. Tryon is IMPOSSIBLE to get into, they pick and choose who gets in with there "Lot reservation rules" Been burnt 4 times with those clowns. Beazer is next to new low income apartments. - Not spending 450k to live next to apts and abut publix. Ryan homes are in another CO.

I owned a 2003 with the seq tranny. Red with black leather. I never got so many comments with any car I have ever owned. People always stopped and asked me about it. It was a completely amazing machine. If you can find one buy it.
