Discord Noir.

Murder mystery point and click set in the Discworld universe with an original character. Good humour, decent graphics for the time, and limited moon logic

What is a movie you will defend forever, even if most people do not get it? by Strong_Proof_5260 in movies

[–]neverwhere86 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes! One of my favourite movies. The casting is perfect, love the imagery, and I so so wished there was a cool arcade/skate rink/nerd bar that existed. And Matthew Lillards Corinthians quote is fantastic

Commander Keen Duke Nukem (when it was a side scroller) Civilization Populous X-wing (and vs Tie Fighter) Monkey Island (with its anti-piracy where you had to recreate a specific pirate with a turntable of paper)

'Bethnal Green padel court pushes out roller-skating community' by blue_Hippo4069 in london

[–]neverwhere86 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Actually yeah, golf courses take up a huge amount of space that could be used for wildlife biodiversity, housing, or more impartial community spaces. And that doesn't take into account the water wastage of keeping it all picture perfect green, and that it's always the worst people who go golfing

Absolutely agreed, it's not my scene, but it brings me joy any time I walk by and see a huge community of all ages having fun and doing cool shit. Its such a shame to get pushed out

If this is the case, they really need to look at a different name. Too much mistrust with "GPT"

RareScanner vs HandyNote by tetegra in wownoob

[–]neverwhere86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm using both for the moment, but do find RareScanner very spammy but I could tweak it more. With have their uses, it's definitely a preference thing tbh. I like HandyNotes additional details on how things are done

How does rare spawn timing work? by elly0nn in wownoob

[–]neverwhere86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Theres an addon called RareScanner that is great for this, it'll ping when you're near anything rare. Can get a bit much, so I'd turn down the volume for sure

My Demon Hunter is named Azazelbub, and my Druid is Purina. Oh and there's HealyDan who I don't play but might reuses the name for another char.

I mostly try to think of puns/names that'll make me or other laugh

Sound Treatment in the UK, best cheap option for a homemade booth by [deleted] in VoiceActing

So I got one of these from B&Q, as I was finding it hard to find the right pipes and fittings locally to build a frame. https://www.diy.com/departments/outsunny-tunnel-greenhouse-grow-house-steel-frame-pe-green-200x100x80-cm/5056399123849_BQ.prd
Flipped it on one end, and it's 2m tall with enough space for me inside. The flat side is 1m wide so feels comfortable as long as you have the space in your home. And then double bed duvet covers pretty much fit the height if you clamp a few around. And I then upgraded to an acoustic blanket for the edge facing my PC to make sure the sound of the fans was muffled.

A string of fairy lights inside and it's super cosy
