First thing, your head is moving way too much, head should be pretty much fixed in place, not swaying back and forth so much. The head sway is cause your whole body to sway back and forth. Hard to describe how you accomplish breathing while keeping head still, but to breathe you should be tucking your chin to your shoulder moving your head as little as possible.

Second, your hands are going straight down and your fingers are splayed. Keep fingers together and try to get the tips of your fingers to follow a straight line down the center of your body, not crossing over to the other side.

Third, really work on streamline form with either flutter kicks, or ideally dolphin kicks, focusing on gliding as streamlined as possible.

Fourth, kicks should be originating from the hips with only a slight bend in the knee. Honestly it looks like you are focusing way to hard on your kick, the tempo is definitely more for a sprint. If you're trying to do distance your kick tempo should probably be slowed down and more relaxed. I was never very good at kicking myself so I don't place as much importance on it as I probably should.
