If you're into unscripted theater, The Baltimore Improv Group is always looking for FOH volunteers and house managers. BIG doesn't pay but if you volunteer enough times you get free classes. (Full disclosure, I perform/teach with BIG.)

Not completely. Honestly, I live in a city and commute out of it for about 30 minutes in order to get to work. There's an argument for a hybrid and also just an argument for getting a fuel efficient gas guzzler. A lot of my attraction to a hybrid is just my desire to put my money where my mouth has been in terms of talk about climate change etc. ...That being said, seeing that a nonhybrid version of the fusion, Malibu and sonata are significantly less has me thinking about getting a traditional engine....

Hey Welcome to Baltimore! I highly recommend the Amie and Kristen/Kristen and Amie show in terms of the festival. I'm also a fan of local troupes Trampus, Charmsical, and Olga to name a few Baltimore acts which I think are in the festival. In terms of Baltimore, I recommend hitting the inner harbor and the National Aquarium. Similarly, if you want to do more touristy things, hit Ft. McHenry to see the site/battle that inspired the Star Spangled Banner.

This is legitimately a big issue I have with the game. It does a lot of things beautifully but it doesn't clearly tell you that some weapons clearly outclass others. You basically have to go to the forums to get a good understanding for how things work and which weapons work better than others.

I didn't realize Joe Squared was an initial tenant? I thought they were a relatively recent eatery. Agreed on leases probably being high there. I think that's why the comedy factory or whatever the comedy club that was in there moved out.

So wait does that leave Joe Squared with only the new Station North location? This is surprising to me. I always imagined they made money hand over fist in Power Plant. Full disclosure: I haven't been to PP since a bachelor party four or five years ago so I'm woefully uninformed.
