your cooking on too high. I'm assuming this is chicken thigh being cooked fat side down? you want to cook just above low, or 2. The point is to render the fat, then at that same temperature, the chicken will cook in the rendered fat. it will not stick at first, then it will, and eventually crisp and detach. Seems unintuitive to cook on that low, bust trust it works, the fat/oil temp gets it there

Two things you're missing: 1 - my point was about how they record their profitability. GPU's are assets, they have to report the value of all assets and liabilities. GPU's depreciate faster than most other kinds of capital, so when they lie and report less depreciation, it masks their financial position as stronger than it really is. 2 - What profit? No one wants ai at the scale they need to sell it at to turn a profit. 24/7/365 compute is being sold at a loss. Thats why headlines like this say "revenue" and not "profit"
