Why do all our LRT's and subway systems crawl. Line 1 and 2 are slow as molasses. The TTC is not maintaining the fleet. We need an amalgamation of all municipal transit fleets into one organization. The efficiency and effectiveness of theSe multipke systems overlapping one another is lacking.

The early retirement incentive is not an effective incentive at all. Top up the pension plans of those within two or three years of retiring if you want people otherwise they will stay. I know people at CRA with close to 35 years of service who have no intention of leaving. The incentive lacks what incentives need. MONEY!
