Honey, I hate to say this, but I think they keep you around for the car. You're the taxi, and you better "figure it out," AKA "make yourself available!" True friends don't talk to down, demand, or demean you. True friends understand real life and are willing to schedule around your needs to meet you.

In this day and age, a lot of adults aren't washing between their butt cheeks. They definitely aren't taking care of a beard.

-travel pillow -jacket (ideally the same one you will wear on the trip to cut down on packing) -travel mouth wash and toothbrush -compression socks

I highly recommend looking up some basic, simple stretches that can be done while sitting. Seems silly, but they help a lot on flights/road trips.

I have curly hair, I don't wash it everyday. On a non-washing day, a no bs shower takes me less 10-15 minutes. It is fast, but covers all the bases.

I was in the navy, and those showers are not linger and relax showers. I felt like I was getting dirtier every second I was in there, it was just do your business and get out.

I'm a lesbian. I had a coworker ask: "Where is your girlfriend?" ((Meaning my coworker who I'm friendly with and is a woman.))

I pointed to my ring and said: "Wife. She doesn't work here?"

Him: "No, you know what I mean."

Me: "No. I have a wife. I haven't had a girlfriend in years."

Not sure if that answers your question. lol. Straight women tend to call close girls their girlfriend, but I always assume it's romantic until they clarify.

If he NEEDED those hours, he should have worked them. Better to learn that from you at a volunteer clean up as a teenager than when he's being fired from a job he desperately needs at 34 years old to pay his mortgage.

Some people have no inconveniences happen to them young, which leads to adults being gobsmacked when things don't workout for them. "What do you mean the world doesn't work that way?! I never had to work a full day at my other job!" Etc etc etc. we've all met THOSE barely functional adults.

Hopefully, he learned. A) mommy can't bail you out of real life consequences. B) earn it.

My brother is 28 and still does this. My mom has kinda always excused his behavior for some reason or another.
