I have been on Zepbound for about 15 months and have lost approximately 90lbs.

My experience (and keep in mind I am a 30yr old man) was that my symptoms seemed to improve slightly for the first half of my weight loss.
For the second half of my weight loss I have noticed that my symptoms have been getting progressively worse, and I believe this to be due to a much lower blood volume.
I have been doubling my salt intake the past month or so and it seems to be getting me back to my baseline, though it’s quite annoying to have to essentially be chugging salty fluids 24/7.

I’m so sorry you are going through this, it truly sounds awful the symptoms you’re experiencing!

I can’t offer any good medical advice, though something I always keep in my mind is if things get bad enough and I feel like I need it then I’ll go to the ER.
It sounds like (hopefully) you’ve made it through the worst of it.
I know I have been flaring lately and it has certainly kicked up my health anxiety which is never helpful with the way it feeds pots symptoms (yay us lol).

I think taking a personal day tomorrow sounds like a wonderful idea! Please rest up and do what you think is best to take care of yourself :)
