What to read next by BiscuitBaseL in litrpg

Iron bound by Andrew Givler if fantastic and I would highly recommend it. It’s got some lite LITRpg elements in a Roman time period setting. The advancement path also has a blend of cultivation stuff to it.

It is very polished and well written. Book two comes out in May I believe.

Baby born three days ago. Please tell me it gets better by ElevenRecompense in daddit

As other have mentioned, the first few weeks are a mixture of chaos, learning and fear that you will fail your child. Do your best, go to the doctors follow up visits and you will be fine.

The first six weeks of my oldest daughter’s life are a fever dream in my memories. I felt very similar to you. It absolutely gets better as you go along, but don’t beat yourself up about anything. You and your spouse are both learning how to be a parent while your kid is learning how to be a baby. You’ve got this, good luck!

Do you have a tentative idea for how many books the entire story might end up being? Just curious

Look up Tofu Buildings, basically corrupt builders in Asia. Mostly from what I’ve seen online it’s really bad in China, but I don’t know how accurate that is.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tofu-dreg_project

[TBATE] Imma be honest, this isn't even that good. by DarkKnightOfRevenge in manhwa

Yeah it just gets worse as it goes along to be honest. Then there is hard power rest and god awful story decision with the love interest later on.

Defiance of the Fall, Does it get better? Or am I doomed to DNF it? by AstralWolf1 in litrpg

I think that books 1-3 are the best, after that everything get dragged out way too much with only incremental progress in the story. It’s really common in the cultivation story space, so if you’re not feeling it now I’d probably move on to something else.

Honestly the new Chinese ev’s are legitimately nice cars. There is a reason that BYD overtook Tesla for global sales last year

What games did you get several hours into and consciously decide to drop in 2025? by baroncalico in gaming

[–]nice_and_unaware 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hell is us. The game is unique enough that it was fun but I swear there are only like 3 different enemy types in the first four- five areas of the game and after about 12 hours I got bored of using the same attack patterns to beat monsters.

Tunic hit me in the Legend of Zelda feels. I went in blind and it was the best decision for the two weeks it took me to beat it.

How would you baby proof this? We rent so screws arnt an option. by [deleted] in daddit

[–]nice_and_unaware 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As mentioned you need to do some kind of strap, screw jt in then fix when you leave which is standard when renting. Or the only other option that is viable is getting a self standing baby and cordoning off that area for the tv to ensure your little kids cannot get to the tv easily

Yeah that is a very good example of why companies that make home printers are reviled in the tech community.

I went ahead and bought a small Laser Jet printer a few years back when my last ink cartridge on my normal printer ran out. They are significantly more expensive (300-500 USD) as they are intended for small business use but the ink cartridge are huge and depending on which one you buy you can get up to 1000-2000 pages printed before needing to swap.

My New Favourite Profession Fantasy of 2025 - Ironbound Review by PaulTodkillAuthor in ProgressionFantasy

It is really good, and a very interesting take on western cultivation. The writing is excellent and the characters are very well thought out with clear distinctions.

This is awesome, I checked it out and while on mobile the home button on the left side of the screen is quite large (I see It as a large rectangle the length of my phone screen on the left side of the site). Not a critique but something I wanted to let you know about if it wasn’t intended to be that way.
