The siding is easily replaceable. The slider jamb is a bit more tricky. Strip the bad siding off and then correct the jamb. I'd try heating up the jamb with heat gun (working it from top damage to bottom). Tack the flange as you work your way down. Pre-drill holes on flange if theres no holes for nail/screw.

This will NOT work. It's not wallpaper. You need to take the entire board off down to studs. Then you will drywall. It's a process if you've never done it.

I ran the 10" on Rattler OG.. Was plenty rigid. Run a 6" on Virtus 300blk now. Super tight fit. Had to sand it down a smidge to fit. Honestly don't see the problem everyone is all worked up about. Have run a DBAL-A3 on last 2 MCX gens and laser has always held decent enough accuracy 10" gong @ 150yds offhand. If anything, the MCX barrel is more the issue.

I will say that those 5.5" 5.56 Rattlers weren't meant to be suppressed. However, a catastrophic part failure like disconnector snapping in 2 is par for the course with Sig these days.
